It is consisted of eight (8) different sequences trained by two players. The sequences should be done from the basic ginga at a fast rhythm (São Bento Grande Regional), but they should be practiced at a slower rhythm until beginners master the moves and can excute them without hesitating. All of the kicks should be executed from the back leg.
*Depending on the academy, the Mestre Bimba sequence might be practiced differently. Consult with your instructor first before practicing them.
